[nyb_projektfelder]An urban reorganization and densification is planned for the Tischhardt district in Nürtingen. Six new building volumes are harmoniously integrated into the surroundings, creating significant added value for the neighborhood with a community square featuring a green pergola, a café, and a playground. A new north-south thoroughfare from Eberhardstraße to Wilhelmstraße will connect the district with the Neckar River in the future.
