Urban design for the Eberhardstraße development area – Nürtingen / Germany

An urban reorganization and densification is planned for the Tischhardt district in Nürtingen. Six new building volumes are harmoniously integrated into the surroundings, creating significant added value for the neighborhood with a community square featuring a green pergola, a café, and a playground. A new north-south thoroughfare from Eberhardstraße to Wilhelmstraße will connect the district with the Neckar River in the future.
