“Körschtal Block” Building Preliminary Design – Ostfildern / Germany

The town of Scharnhausen is undergoing significant structural change, which should be seen as an opportunity to remedy urban planning deficiencies and improve spatial quality.
Against this backdrop, an urban design concept for the “Körschtal Block” was developed, on the basis of which the design of the future new building volumes within the “Körschtal Block” is now being specified and reviewed as a whole in order to safeguard the overall appearance of the block and its spatial quality.
