Concept designs for the inner development strategy – City of Filderstadt / Germany

The Office for Urban Planning and Urban Development of Filderstadt is currently developing an inner development strategy. In this process, 31 potential sites for inner development were identified and described in fact sheets. To review the practicability and thematic focus of the quality guidelines, concept designs were prepared for three potential sites in the districts of Bernhausen, Harthausen and Plattenhardt.
